Listan ykköseksi päätyi yllätyksellisesti tai ei, Victoria Beckham. Britney Spears on muuten tiputettu listalta kokonaan pois, sillä Blackwell piti "sopimattomana antaa kommentia tähdestä jonka yksityiselämä on niin sekasortoista kuin nyt on". Niin ja mies toivoo vuoden 2008 olevan parempi vuosi Briitalle. Lisäksi hän korostaa, että arvostelee ainoastaan kyseisten henkilöiden pukeutumista, ei luonnetta tai taitoja.
